Bombay Gold Cup
Donated by Government of Maharashtra in the year 1955. The proceeds of the Gold Cup was donated to the Late Prime Minister Shri.Jawaharlal Nehru for the Prime Minister’s relief fund (Rs.1,11,111)

Organized 5th World Cup Hockey Tournament:
In the year 1981-82 BHA has organized the 5th World Cup Hockey Tournament where in 12 foreign countries participated. Shri.S.K.Wankhade, the then Vice president of BHA, President of BCA and Finance Minister of Govt. of Maharashtra was the Chairman of the organizing committee along with Mr. Baptist de Souza, President and Mr.K.L.Passi, Hon. Secretary. The President of India Shri.Neelam Sanjeeva Reddy was the Chief Guest and distributed the medals on 12th January, 1982 (Finals played in Wankhede Stadium).
